該基金會由臺灣享譽國際的當代傳奇劇場藝術總監吳興國老師，以及太古踏舞蹈劇場藝術總監林秀偉老師共同創立。 台湾を代表する世界的な芸術監督・呉興国（ウー・シンゴー）（當代伝奇劇場）と、林秀偉（リン・シウウェイ）（太古踏舞踏劇場）によって共同設立されました。 The foundation was co-founded by world-renowned Artistic Director Wu Hsing-kuo of Contemporary Legend Theatre and Artistic Director Lin Hsiu-wei of Tai-Gu Tales Dance Theatre.
兩位大師攜手帶領興傳奇青年劇場、太古踏舞團等新世代藝術家團隊，致力於將這座昭和時期的古蹟，轉化為注入多元藝術能量的常態生活基地。 両巨匠が率いる「興伝奇青年劇場」や「太古踏舞踏団」などの若手芸術家陣と共に、昭和初期の歴史的建造物に多様な芸術エネルギーを吹き込み、日常的な文化拠点へと再生させています。 The two masters lead new-generation artist troupes such as Hsing Legend Youth Theatre and Tai-Gu Tales Dance Theatre, dedicated to transforming this Showa-era historic monument into a vibrant, day-to-day base infused with diverse artistic energy.

室內建築廳舍則規劃作為專業排練場、舞蹈教室、青創辦公室、文創賣店及咖啡廳，建構出「文化、生態、商業」三位一體的永續文創生態圈。 歴史的建築内にはプロ仕様の稽古場、ダンススタジオ、若手起業オフィス、文創ショップ、カフェ等を配置し、「文化・生態・商業」が融合した持続可能なエコシステムを構築しています。 Indoor historic buildings are designed as professional rehearsal studios, dance classrooms, youth entrepreneurial workspaces, cultural creative shops, and cafes, building a sustainable ecosystem integrating "Culture, Ecology, and Commerce."

園區成功將古典京劇美學與二次元動漫、多媒體特效跨界融合，積極推動傳統藝術的現代化「轉譯」，是台灣目前最具代表性的古蹟新生與城市美學新指標。 伝統京劇の美学にアニメ・特撮・マルチメディア効果を融合させ、伝統芸術の現代的アップデートを推進。台湾を代表する歴史的建築の再生と都市美学の指標となっています。 The park seamlessly merges Peking opera aesthetics with ACG (anime/comic/game) culture and multimedia effects, actively driving the modern "translation" of traditional arts and setting a benchmark for historic preservation and urban aesthetics in Taiwan.
台灣廣播史可追溯至 1925 年總督府進行的實驗性廣播。為了強化「台北放送局」的無線電訊號，使其能穩定遠送至嘉義民雄以達成島內全台廣播之功能，台灣總督府交通局遞信部決定於板橋平原地勢較高起的山崙處建置廣播發射設施。 台湾の放送史は1925年の総督府による実験放送に始まります。「台北放送局」の電波を強化し、嘉義・民雄まで安定中継して全島放送を実現するため、台湾総督府交通局逓信部は板橋平野の小高い丘陵地に送信施設を設置することを決定しました。 Taiwan's broadcasting history dates back to experimental broadcasts conducted by the Governor-General's Office in 1925. To amplify the radio signals of the "Taipei Broadcasting Bureau" and transmit them stably to Minxiong, Chiayi for island-wide coverage, the Department of Communications chose this elevated mound in the Banqiao plain to construct the broadcasting transmission facility.
本廳舍由當時督造台北郵局的總督府著名技師栗山俊一設計，於 1929 年 10 月 1 日開工，1930 年 3 月 31 日完工，並於 1931 年 1 月 15 日正式啟用，成為日治時期台灣五大廣播設施之一。 本庁舎は台北郵便局を手がけた総督府技師・栗山俊一の設計により、1929年10月1日着工、1930年3月31日竣工、1931年1月15日正式開局。日本統治時代の台湾五大放送施設の一つとなりました。 Designed by renowned engineer Kuriyama Shunichi (who also oversaw the construction of the Taipei Post Office), construction began on October 1, 1929, was completed on March 31, 1930, and was officially commissioned on January 15, 1931, becoming one of Taiwan's five major radio broadcasting facilities during the colonial era.
在建築工法上，該建物屬於日治後期的現代主義風格（近代式風格）。立面設計強調流線型水平雨庇與幾何弧線形式；主體結構採用當時最為先進的鋼骨、鋼筋混凝土構築。 建物は昭和初期のモダニズム様式（近代建築）。流線型の水平庇や幾何学的曲線のファサードを特徴とし、主体構造には当時の最先端である鉄骨・鉄筋コンクリートが採用されました。 Architecturally, the building exemplifies the late colonial Modernist style. The facade emphasizes streamlined horizontal eaves and geometric curves, while the main structure utilizes state-of-the-art steel frame and reinforced concrete construction.
一樓的放送機室與電力室為了容納大型發射機組，特別採用大跨距的鋼骨梁與 RC 板組構，牆體則採用防爆、隔音的中空鋼筋混凝土壁，極具建築與科技史價值。 1階の送信機室と電力室は大容量機器を収容するため大スパン鉄骨梁とRCスラブで構成され、壁面には防爆・防音性に優れた中空鉄筋コンクリート壁が採用されるなど、建築および技術史上極めて高い価値を有します。 To accommodate massive transmission generators, the first-floor transmitter and power rooms were specially built with wide-span steel beams and RC slabs, and feature explosion-proof, sound-insulating hollow reinforced concrete walls, holding immense architectural and technological heritage value.
二戰後由國民政府中央廣播事業管理處於 1945 年 11 月 1 日正式接收此地。隨後，產權移交給中國廣播公司，轉型為「中廣板橋發射站」機房。園區內至今仍完好保留著兩處當年的廣播電塔基礎遺構，見證了戰後台灣廣播發展的黃金年代。 第二次世界大戦後、1945年11月1日に国民政府が接収。その後、中国広播公司（中広 / BCC）に移管され「中広板橋送信所」として稼働しました。敷地内には当時のアンテナ鉄塔の基礎遺構が今も残され、戦後台湾放送の黄金期を物語っています。 Following WWII, the Central Broadcasting Administration took over the site on November 1, 1945. Ownership was subsequently transferred to the Broadcasting Corporation of China (BCC), transforming it into the "BCC Banqiao Transmission Station." Two original radio tower foundation relics remain intact today, bearing witness to the golden age of post-war Taiwanese broadcasting.
此後，這片土地捲入漫長的國民黨黨產官司爭議。歷經多年訴訟，最高法院於 2014 年 8 月判決中廣板橋機房土地屬國有，產權移交交通部。當時交通部觀光局原計畫將地上的歷史老建築全面拆除改建為現代化辦公大樓。 その後、長年の司法審理を経て最高裁判所は2014年8月に土地を国有地と認定し、交通部へ移管。当初は歴史的建物を解体してオフィスビルを建設する計画もありました。 The property subsequently became entangled in lengthy party asset litigation. Following years of legal proceedings, the Supreme Court ruled in August 2014 that the land belonged to the state, transferring ownership to the Ministry of Transportation and Communications. The Tourism Bureau originally planned to demolish the historic structures to construct modern office buildings.
經地方文史團體與藝文界極力奔走搶救，新北市政府於 2015 年 8 月 5 日正式公告指定全區為「新北市市定古蹟」。 地元の文化団体や芸術界の保存運動により、新北市政府は2015年8月5日に全域を「新北市市定古蹟」に指定しました。 Through active advocacy by local cultural groups and the arts community, the New Taipei City Government officially designated the entire site as a "New Taipei City Historic Monument" on August 5, 2015.
隨後新北市文化局展開活化：2019 年 6 月首波完成近 5,000 坪戶外景觀並開放供市民休憩；2022 年 8 月 31 日古蹟本體修復全面竣工。2022 年 3 月 31 日，正式由「財團法人新北市當代傳奇文化藝術基金會」進駐營運，成為新北市首例古蹟 OT 活化典範。 新北市文化局による再生計画がスタートし、2019年6月に約5,000坪の屋外緑地が開放、2022年8月31日に建物の修復が完了。2022年3月31日より「財団法人新北市當代伝奇文化芸術基金会」が運営を担当し、新北市初の古蹟OT活用の先進モデルとなりました。 The Cultural Affairs Department initiated revitalization: In June 2019, nearly 5,000 ping of outdoor landscaping was opened to the public; historic building restoration was fully completed on August 31, 2022. On March 31, 2022, the "New Taipei City Contemporary Legend Arts Foundation" officially took over operations, creating New Taipei City's first flagship heritage OT revitalization model.
2023 年 8 月 8 日園區迎來全區正式開幕！營運團隊正式將這座 1930 年的昭和老建築打造成「傳奇光影數位劇場」。透過引進 360° 全沉浸式投影技術，首次將傳統京劇戲曲轉譯為結合數位科技與元宇宙互動的定目劇場，賦予古蹟全新的生命力。 2023年8月8日にグランドオープン！1930年建造の昭和建築が「伝奇光影デジタルシアター」として生まれ変わりました。360度没入型プロジェクションを導入し、伝統京劇をデジタル技術とメタバースが融合した常設公演へと昇華させ、古蹟に新たな命を吹き込みました。 On August 8, 2023, the park celebrated its grand official opening! The operating team transformed this 1930 Showa building into the "Legend Digital Lighting Theatre." Introducing 360° immersive projection, it translated classical Peking opera into repertory theater combined with digital technology and metaverse interaction, breathing new vitality into the heritage site.
太古踏舞蹈劇場進駐，開辦多場身心靈舞蹈、全齡樂活美學課程、藝術夏令營及常民節慶市集；園區內的「舞者咖啡」與「傳奇小舖」相繼穩定營運，成功將 5,500 坪歷史場域轉型為兼具社區休憩與文創產值的城市生活空間。 太古踏舞踏劇場が常駐し、各種ダンス講座、生涯学習プログラム、キッズアートサマースクール、お祭り市集を開催。「ダンサーズCafe」や「伝奇ショップ」もオープンし、5,500坪の歴史的空間を地域とアートが息づく生活拠点へと定着させました。 Tai-Gu Tales Dance Theatre established its presence, offering mind-body dance workshops, all-age wellness aesthetics courses, youth art summer camps, and festival markets; "Dancer Cafe" and "Legend Shop" opened steadily, successfully transforming the 5,500-ping historic site into an urban living space bridging community leisure with cultural industry value.
2026 年秋季（9/19 - 12/20），園區邁向國際舞台，隆重推出「2026 CLAP 傳奇國際藝術節」。本次藝術節以「心靈方舟」為核心主題，匯聚上百位頂尖藝術家，帶來超過 50 場融合元宇宙科技與傳統美學的精彩展演，讓板橋放送所正式成為接軌全球的數位表演藝術文創基地。 2026年秋（9/19〜12/20）、国際舞台への飛躍として「2026 CLAP 伝奇国際芸術祭」を開催。「心の箱舟（Soul Ark）」をテーマに、100名を超える国際的アーティストが集結し、メタバース技術と伝統美が融合した50公演以上の舞台をお届けします。 In Autumn 2026 (Sep 19 – Dec 20), the park advances onto the international stage with the grand "2026 CLAP Legend International Arts Festival." Themed "Soul Ark," it convenes over a hundred leading artists to present more than 50 performances merging metaverse technology with traditional aesthetics, establishing Banqiao Broadcasting Bureau as a premier global digital performing arts hub.
